Folkfest in City Market

 Our annual Folk Festival kicks off each year with an open air concert in Historic Savannah in the center of downtown City Market.  This is a showcase of the local talent in the Savannah area and includes the first part of our "Noteworthy Art and More" auction of decorative and playable instruments and other musical keepsakes.  The evening ends with our traditional ensemble and audience sing-along of Ledbelly's "Goodnight Irene".  Come and join in the fun.

The Folkfest is an open air event, but should the rains fall, provisions have been made to hold the event at nearby Trinity United Methodist Church on Telfair Square.
